We offer more than 9 hours but frankly in all the years we've been shooting weddings, 9 hours covers the day very nicely.  So lets recap.

The Rehearsal:  It's fun and informative.  We can shoot a wedding 100 times at your location, but yours will be different.  This is why we attend the rehearsal and we bring along a camera, to record your guests learning their parts.  This segment starts out the video and is put to fun fast upbeat music.  Just for the fun of it!

PreBridal Shoot:  How does your day begin?  We space out your 9 hours so that we catch your make up going on and preparation with your family or bridal party.  Generally we arrive at your location with your photographer to streamline your schedule and allow us to get those great shots before the wedding.  Look for this segment in our demo as "The Day Begins".

The Wedding:  We generally like to arrive at the wedding location 1 hour prior to the ceremony so we can set up, check lighting and sound.  3 digital video cameras, audio devices everywhere (we are kind of audiophiles), no bright lights or any of that stuff.  Our videographers are equipped with wireless headsets so was can communicate and coordinate.  We wire up the groom with his own mic that give us great audio during vows and then it's show time!  When it ends we don't.  As your photographer gets formal shots of you and your families we do the same.

Reception:  After we stick around and get shots during the shooting of your formal photographs we get to the reception hall ahead of you so we can catch your arrival.  Your reception moves along in a specific order and this is how we capture it to remember.  Your final DVD is chaptered so you can move about the reception to watch diffrent events.  After we get what we need, it' time to get the cameras out of your way and let you have fun with your friends. 

Your final package comes with 6 fully active DVDs with at least 12 chapter points.  The DVD cover, disk label and chapter point screen all match to give a beautiful appearance.  We have dozens of samples for you to select when you visit our studios.  We can change and customize these labels to match colors, flowers or themes.

At Echo Media Productions we have some additional services that will enhance your wedding video. These can be added as individual items or as a package. You will find that our package prices reduce as you add more.

Rehearsal Dinner ($100)  One of our videographers will attend your rehearsal dinner and bring a camera to capture shots of your guests and any special moments such as wedding party gifts, toasts, etc.  We add this segment to the rehearsal footage.  This is a great way to start your video.

Photo Montage ($300)  Take 40 to 50 of the grooms photos while growing up, add 40 to 50 of the bride and then throw in 50 more of your dating days and put them to music of your choice.  A great addition to your video.  We can also project this at your reception while your guests await your arrival or at dinner.

Love Story Interviews ($350)  How did you first meet, who kissed first, the proposal.  Let us tell your story on video.  On-camera interviews are relaxed, fun and a great addition to your video.  What a wonderful way to show your kids and grandkids the history of your relationship.  Shot at the Echo Media Studios during the weekend we make this a segment of your video you will cry and laugh at.

i-wedding ($150)  This service is accomplished after the wedding.  We take your finished DVD and place it on the internet for your family and friends to watch.  You are provided a special internet address months prior to your wedding so that you can print it on invitations.  NOTE: This is not ECHO STREAM where your video is LIVE on the internet. 

Projection ($300) Take the photomontage or Love Story and show it on a big screen at your reception or rehearsal dinner as your guests wait for your arrival or at dinner.  The Photo Montage or Love Story service must be purchased to use the Projection service.

Aerial Crane Camera ($300)  Aerial Crane Camera Demo CLICK HERE Imagine seeing your wedding from 10 feet up.  As you walk down the aisle and everyone stands the camera moves up, giving you a perspective that is absolutely breathtaking.  Our aerial crane camera is located out of the way and out of view.  This is a manned camera that slowly sweeps from side to side.  You've seen them on TV at the Academy Awards, this is your chance to have the same great shots for a fraction of the price.  Great for outdoors and home estate weddings.  Limited inside small churches.  Also great inside reception halls to show aerial shots of dancing and introductions.  The possibilities are endless.  Check on the link above to watch a demo of the crane in action.

Additional DVD's ($25)  Or additional DVD's of your wedding.  Each comes in a hard shell box with custom insert and label.

ECHO STREAM  Your guests are directed to the Echo Media site where they find a link to your wedding starting at a specific date and time (see the WEDDINGS LIVE button on our main page).  When the click on the link their default computer video player (Real Media, Quick Time, etc.) a small intro video plays that tells about the two of you, and then the announcer alerts the internet audience that the wedding is starting, and the cameras come on.  The 3 cameras at your wedding are fed to a DIRECTOR who switches between camera shots while streaming them out to the internet.  We use a professional streaming company to send the signal, this means that hundreds of viewers can see the on line stream of your wedding with out the system slowing down.  Click on our WEDDINGS LIVE link and see if there is a wedding coming up before yours.  This does not replace your DVD of the wedding it is an additional service.
